Stacey Daily LLB , Otago Solicitor

Stacey is a solicitor working in our Litigation team in the Nelson office.

Stacey completed her law degree at Otago University and then began practicing in Invercargill, primarily in the fields of family law and civil litigation but also with a wide general practice. Stacey has now returned home to Nelson to take up this role with Fletcher Vautier Moore. She is enjoying being back in Nelson and is loving everything the region has to offer.

Stacey is able to give advice on a range of matters, including:
-District Court and High Court proceedings
-Family law matters including parenting orders, paternity orders and other proceedings in the Family Court, separation and division of property
-Employment matters –advising employers and employees
-Debt collection
