Stuart is a partner in our local government team based in our Richmond office.

Stuart has over 14 years experience in advising local authorities and other public bodies. He completed a law degree with honours at Canterbury University in 1990. Between 1990 and 1992 he was a solicitor at Tanner Fitzgerald Getty, Hamilton. After completing a Master of laws at the University of London in 1993, Stuart worked as a senior solicitor at Russell McVeigh in Auckland.
