Chris is a partner in our commercial team and is based in the Nelson office.
Chris's areas of practice include Commercial Property, Commercial Leasing (including rent review disputes), Wine Industry, Residential property transactions, subdivision and property development, Family Trusts, Business acquisitions and sales.
In addition, Chris has over 15 years immigration experience including residence visa categories such as skilled migrant, Investor, family and Long Term Business Visa together with temporary visa categories.
Chris became a partner of Fletcher Vautier Moore in 2005.
