Terry Frater
Legal Executive, Conveyancing
Terry works mainly in the field of residential and rural conveyancing, as well as some commercial and subdivision projects.
With over 23 years' legal executive experience in the Motueka Office, following 19 years in banking and insurance, Terry was appointed a Justice of the Peace in October 2000. He is a Senator of Junior Chamber International.
Terry continues a long family history of service to the community and has a strong belief that for any community to be effective it requires participation from its members and a constancy with which long-term residents can associate. Providing legal services to that community needs the same attributes, following the example of their founding principal, Jack Vautier.
